Dental invoice and guarantee, paying for dental treatment in Budapest

Treatment plan and quotation:

Dental treatment only begins after you accept the written dental treatment plan and quotation. The quotation specifies the detailed description of the treatments, with the number and flat price. In case your treatment requires several trips to Budapest, the plan contains the cost of the whole treatment, including costs of treatments to be done later.

Dental invoice:

At the end of the treatment, an invoice is given of al the costs paid. We write it in Hungarian, but the description of the treatment and total amount paid by you in HUF/Pounds or USD is also written in English, according to the current exchange rate.

Guarantee certificate of the treatments conducted:

You will receive a certificate of guarantee of all the treatment we have finally conducted, in English. T certificate contains the exact description of the treatments, the number of crowns, fillings, inlays or implants handed over, and the costs paid. The guarantee certificate also specifies the conditions of guarantee.

Accounting in your country, and with your health insurance:

The bilingual invoice we hand out specifies the total sum in pounds as well as HUF, and it is made out according to the European standard, so it can e accounted in your country. The certificate of guarantee sums up the treatments conducted and contains detailed costs, and it s accepted by Health Insurance in your country. In certain cases, the insurance company requires a special form, or requires its own from to be filled out. Of course, in this case, we make a certificate according to the needs of your insurance company.

Payment in cash or by credit card:

In case of payment in cash, we give you 2% discount of the total cost of your dental treatment. We accept Eurocard/Mastercard, MaestroCard and Visa cards.
