You may think this website is in our language, but you could not be able to understand the words of the dentist in the dental office, or you may wonder how you are going to explain what you want.

E-mailing in your language:

  • our patients write to us in English, German, Italian and they may ask any questions regarding dentistry or the trip.
  • we reply to your email the same day or the day after, in the language you sent is, between 10 am and 4 pm on weekdays

  • you can reach our reception in English every weekday between 8 am and pm. In case you need emergency treatment, call:

  • you can reach our office manager and can ask her any questions regarding dentistry, accommodation or your trip, in English, on weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm.

Treatment plan in your language:

  • We prepare the dental treatment plan and the price quotation according to your needs, in English, German, Italian or French
  • The price quotation can include Euro, Font, CHF or USD (the price list may change according to the exchange, so we reserve the rights of price modification)

  • At the end of the treatment, you will receive a guarantee certificate, according to your needs, in English, German, Italian.
  • The guarantee certificate includes:
    • Description of treatments and prices paid
    • The duration of the guarantee for each treatment
