The check-in

• If you decide to visit our clinic, either to gather preliminary information or for an exact procedure, please request an appointment first with our client service colleague.
• • Our colleagues answer your questions on phone from 10.00 – 16.00 in English, German, Italian and French.

• If you need urgent treatment, we make an effort to make it possible for you on the same day. Our receptionist is available in English, between 8.00 – 20.00.

The first meeting

• Our receptionist welcomes you upon arrival
• You will be requested to fill out a personal document that includes questions regarding your general health as well as your personal data. If you are not sure about something, your dentist will be at your service.
• The waiting room is comfortable, air-conditioned, our guests are offered fresh mineral water and fruit
• We am at keeping your waiting time minimal, with reference to your agreed time of appointment
• However, during the dental treatments, there may be acute cases s that slow the daily schedule down. In this case, a waiting time of 4-10 minutes may accumulate.
• During waiting, you have access to TV channels and our ever renewed set of magazines.

Dental health survey, status assignment

• In the dental office, your dentist checks your complaints and questions
• He examines your teeth, gum and mucous membrane
• With the help of an oral camera, he takes pictures of certain areas that you can also
• view on a monitor
• Based on the pictures and the examination, your dentist explains to you the cause of your complaints, as well as the possible treatments available, in detail
• He demonstrates what kind of aesthetic solutions – crowns, prostheses - are available to you with photographs and models.
• Due to the demonstration, you get a clear picture of your options, which makes your decision easier
• If necessary, your doctor makes an intraoral X-ray or a panorama X-ray scan, so that he can assess the modifications in the bones as well.

Treatment plan and cost quotation

• Based on the data, pictures and possible X-ray scans recorded in the dental office, your dentist prepares your plan of the necessary dental treatments, after careful deliberation, together with the quotation
• If there are several possible solutions for your problem, the treatment will include all of them
• Depending on your request, the prepared treatment plan is sent to you via traditional mail or email, within a couple of days after he dental health survey
• If you have questions regarding anything, our client service colleague is happy to answer them, or you can request a new appointment with your doctor.
